Sign in to your account

Use the same email and sign-in code as the ZarSage app. Signing in does not request deletion.

What your request covers

Your ZarSage product account, profile, sessions, and personal farm data, including fields, crop cycles, soil results, scouting records, tasks, and documents. Shared organization records are reviewed so other members’ data is preserved; your personal information is removed or anonymized as appropriate.

Timing and retention

Verified requests have a fulfillment deadline within 30 days of the first request. Your account remains active until fulfillment begins. Limited billing, security, legal, and backup records may be retained where required under the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and device data

Deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately with the store or billing provider where you subscribed. Copies on your devices or in external assistants are not erased by this request; remove them in those apps too.

Delete only some data

Delete individual fields, cycles, soil records, scouting observations, tasks, or documents in ZarSage where that control is available. For anything else, email us and name the data you want removed.
